About Spray Drying Plant
A spray dryer mixes a heated gas with a sprayed (atomized) liquid stream, such as a fluoropolymer dispersion, within a drying chamber to accomplish evaporation of the liquid from the small atomized droplets forming a dry fine powder. This process is commonly used to make powdered milk and some pharmaceuticals.The Feed from balance tank is fed to the Atomization system through a Screw Feed Pump. Clean Filtered ambient air is heated across Air heater. The atomized particles will come in contact with the Hot Air entering the chamber in a co-current fashion through an Air Distributor. The Air Distributor supplied by us is of specially designed to ensure uniform distribution of air in Chamber. The wet feed gets dried to the required level of moisture.
