The atomized particles will come incontact with the Hot Air entering the chamber in a co-current fashion through an AirDistributor. The Air Distributor supplied by us is of specially designed to ensure uniformdistribution of air in Chamber. The wet feed gets dried to the required level of moisture.
The fines entrained with the exhaust air from chamber is separated in a high efficiency CycloneSeparator and discharged through the Rotary Air Lock Valve. These fines are conveyed throughfresh air by means of roots blower and a conveying piping, up to the chamber top and ultimatelydischarged over the spray nozzle to perform granules by mixing with the spray. The exhaust airfrom cyclone is further treated in the Wet Scrubber for fines not separated in Cyclone. Clean airis then vented to the atmosphere. The entire plant is balanced through F.D. and I.D. Blower.The entire operation is operated through locally mounted Control Panel. The panel is wellequipped with all the instrumentation mounted on it, for necessary automation.
